Brian King
Brian King, Indiana Branch Manager, joined the Hedge Plus staff in December of 2008. Since then Brian has taken on a full plate. Not only is he a Market Advisor but Brian also manages the branch office in Noblesville. This involves many daily tasks such as managing costs, engaging day to day contact with clients and meeting basic sales standards. Brian provides specific market advice and grain sale recommendations to his clients on a regular basis. He gives clients news and factors affecting the markets; this allows Brian to help make the best marketing decision possible for the lients specific circumstances.
Brian grew up on his dad's small dairy farm in Indiana and still farms that land with his older brother Jim. Prior to joining Hedge Plus, he was an engineer with GDX Automotive, a tier 1 parts supplier to GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes, BMW and Honda. There he held numerous engineering and management positions.
Brian has an Associate’s degree in Engineering from Tri-State University in Angola and a Bachelors
degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion. Brian and his wife Julie have one son, Seth.
